There is one more empty bed in the infirmary.
The reason for that is sitting on the piano, glancing around the bar with sharp green eyes.
He's a little slow still, but really feeling much better.
Really.

"Oh?"
And without giving him time to think or decide or even really agree, because mortals do tend to be cowardly about these things, Puck leans in quickly and kisses him, rather thoroughly, on the lips.
His hand may come round the back of his neck, just to make sure he doesn't run-- and for further assurance on this point, although he hasn't done this since Duo and he promised (only no he didn't, he just chose) not to do it, there may be a little bit of cheating, a sweetness on the lips and a cushioning sense of calm-- little things, little tricks, little glamours.
The Fair Folk are tricksy.

He didn't like this. Revolting, disgusting. Bugger, he is a good kisser... urgh... But since it was a challenge and a test, he did make an effort to prove his own point with kissing back. Because he wanted to win. That was all.
Though, the tricks were crafty indeed since he wasn't entirely minding it. He almost raised his hand in response, but stopped himself in time.

And breaks off, letting him go.
"Well."
Funny how he doesn't seem out of breath.
"Who would you call the victor? And do be honest."

"I...I...gah...." And there was more stunned mumbling in there.
"...I don't know."

It takes a lot of willpower.
After a moment, he says softly, "Could I possibly induce you to entertain the notion that I should claim that coveted position?"

"Fine, yes, you win. You're a damn good kisser. Ecstatic now?" He remarked scathingly, despite the fact he basically admitted that he enjoyed it.
It didn't help he didn't have much comparisons for it either. Pansy? Willing girl, but at times she acted like a gasping fish. Ginny? Not bad for a blood traitor. Molly? Fair, slightly better than her daughter. Arthur's genes certainly didn't improve things there...
And he hadn't been able to kiss Wednesday yet, so no luck or comparison available there.

:D
"I am, in fact," he informs him. "Rather."
And, with one more kiss-- hard and abrupt and though there isn't any magic to speak of save long years of experience, there may be a bit of tongue somewhere in it-- Puck pats Draco on the head and disappears.
Silvery laughter may echo in his wake.

He snarled a reply in response, and stormed off to vent somewhere. Likely hexing the demon bunnies out back for a while. There was a litany of various curses under his breath in his wake.
