Cywyllog is in the bar this evening. There's no tea or wine, just her, wandering around the main area, humming to herself and absently braiding a lock of hair.

She's contemplating going outside later, as she hasn't been out to the lake very often - if at all - since the weather improved.

"You look thoughtful," Parker comments, looking up from his coffee.

She looks over and offers him a small smile.

"I suppose I am. There is always something to think about, is there not?"

Parker nods. "Always." Raising an eyebrow. "What's got you thinking today, though?"

Cywyllog tilts her head to one side.

"Mainly what about this place is such a draw to so many and possibly, if I wanted to, if I could ever stop coming back."

Parker tilts his head. "You drawn to the people or the place?"

"I would like to say I am drawn to neither, but if I had to choose, it would be the people, I suppose." She admits.

"The place, certain obvious aspects aside, is not terribly extraordinary."

Parker can't help the grin. "Other than the food, I've been to a hundred bars like it," he agrees.

Her own smile widens.

"I had not before I came here, but I am rather used to it now after all these months."

"You're Bound?" Parker asks. He's always curious about people stuck.

"Not anymore. I have been, in the past. Twice, actually, but for the moment I can leave if I wish."

She shrugs slightly. "I just keep coming back."

Parker grins. "Home just that boring?"

He comes back, can't seem to not, compulsive about it.

"Not exactly." She pauses for a moment. "Sometimes I want to come here, sometimes I do not. It just happens."

"Sounds like anything else," Parker says. "Story of humanity, being fickle about our wants."

Tilting his head, "So, where is home?"

"Camelot now, though I am from Gwynedd in Wales originally." That makes her smile again.

"Lady Cywyllog. And yourself?"

"You can call me Parker," he says. "Camelot, like Arthur and Lancelot?"

"Parker." She agrees, and then the smile fades.

"Yes, though I cannot say I know either of them all that well."

"Bad blood?" Parker says, sounding just a hint southern for a second.

"Not at all." She replies, only a slight edge to her voice. "Arthur is, in fact, my father in law. They are just very busy men."

Parker raises an eyebrow, doesn't talk about the body language and the voice.

"I only know about them because I had an English teacher who was crazy," he says instead.

"Yes, I have been told there are stories." Cywyllog relaxes slightly.

"I do not think I am in any of them."

Shrugging, Parker says, "Even if you were, I probably wouldn't have heard them. We just got the classic love triangle stuff and a bit of Merlin."

Well, now she's slightly amused.

"Yes. The classic love triangle. And this is something they teach in schools?"

"Let me guess, it was big drama where you are?" Parker shrugs, "They teach really odd things in school."

"It is not common knowledge in my world, but I suspect when it is, there will be a good deal of commotion about it, yes." She nods.

"It seems they do. Is any of it all that useful?"

Parker laughs. "Only if you're going to follow the life that you've been systematically trained to follow," he says.

"You're married to one of Arthur's sons, then."
