[OOM: After frustrating fights with possible employers, Jaina wanders into Csaplar for a break and her luck changes with a chance encounter.]
Right now, is cause for celebration. Her poncho's thrown off to the side of the booth, now covered with various tools and objects as Jaina continues to work on the small scum scrubber she had brought with her from home. There's still a while before Jag comes home and today, she wants to find people to brag to.
There's a small loaf of ryshcate on the table and a glass of Whyren's to add to the celebration and every now and then, a bright smile and proud look crosses over her face while she works on the droid.
After all, this is the first time Jaina Solo Fel's ever possessed a job that doesn't involve killing other beings.

"Ho, Jaina!"

Bonzo barely remembers that spat...one of those side-effects of a batch of time passing.

It's been a few weeks for her - a couple weeks here and a couple of weeks on Csilla - but Jaina's still on her guard.
Jaina picks up her Whyren's glass and takes a sip of the whisky, shrugging slightly and grinning. "Got a job today."

"Oh? What is it?"

"Sounds like something your father would do, Jaina. Or used to do, when he was younger."
no subject
"You mean smuggling? This isn't smuggling, Bonzo. That's not exactly something Jagged would approve of."
no subject
"Ok, so you're doing legally what your father did illegally. I think it must run in your family."
Pause.
"In the meantime, the Bar has apparently decided that I am here for longer than I would have thought."

"Sorry about that, Bonzo."

"Honestly? I wouldn't mind not going home again, at least not for a while. I'm getting used to not being in the middle of a bunch of countries and governments acting like two-year-olds."

By this point, the poncho next to her is grease stained and half the ryshcate and Whyren's is gone.

She glances up again and pushes some of the clutter on the oppositte end of the booth into the corner with the Force. Just in case this man decides he would like to join them.
"Left over from the previous residents of our farm."

"I'm sorry?"

She flicks a hand and the scum scrubber lifts off the table and moves to the other end, by the wall.
It's been a long while since she had a chance to show off.
