Sitting at the bar sipping a coke and wearing a long, loose skirt and a peasant blouse with sandals, with her dark hair done up in Princess Leia cinnamon rolls, is Inari Raith. Open in front of her is a large hardback book about Feng Shui and her eyes flicker as she scans the pages. Every now and then she lifts a hand and turns the page.

"You couldn't go anywhere without running into some woman's obnoxious bun for a while, back when the Princess was wearing them," she says with a bit of an eyeroll.

"I didn't realise. I'm not old enough to know I guess. The films were way before my time. You not a fan of them then?"

While she speaks, she unpins the bun and starts unrolling it, running her fingers through her hair to seperate the strands. Then she starts on the second one.

She gets a 'wtf' look. "What films, all the documentary-holos they did?"

She frowns and shakes her head, pausing in the middle of unraveling the second bun.

"No... the movies by George Lucas. A New Hope, Return of the Jedi and... um... I can never remember the name of the other one."

A longer pause, this one still more confused. "Where are you from?"

"Chicago..."

"Is that the planet?"

"... Um... no. The city."

"What planet?"

She frowns.

"... Earth of course."

And that would be the cue for the eyebrows to go up. "They have movies about my universe on Earth?"

Stare. Blink. Stare.

"Your universe?"

"Yeah, my universe." A moment of thought. "You haven't met anyone from the one with Coruscant and X-wings and the Jedi?" There are a good number of its citizens in Milliways, after all.

"... Um... no I haven't."

"I'm surprised. It seems at times like we're taking over the bar," she says thoughtfully.

"I haven't been here very often," she tells Plourr. She is still looking at her as if she expects the woman to suddenly start laughing and admit to it beeing a joke.

"If you didn't know about the multiple universes, I can tell," she says, very seriously

She tries to think back to what Thomas told her about this place. Did he say something about mutiple universes? possibly. She was just so happy to see him that she wasn't paying as much attention to what he was saying as she should have been.

"Are there many universes then?"

"As many as there are patrons, I think."

"So lot's then..."

She smiles suddenly, then, because she isn't utterly without compassion (despite what some squadmates may try to convince you of), and she remembers well how much of a loop this place threw her for at first. "Yeah, lots. You get used to it pretty quickly, though."
