Sitting at the bar sipping a coke and wearing a long, loose skirt and a peasant blouse with sandals, with her dark hair done up in Princess Leia cinnamon rolls, is Inari Raith. Open in front of her is a large hardback book about Feng Shui and her eyes flicker as she scans the pages. Every now and then she lifts a hand and turns the page.

"I'm sorry, what went out years ago?"

To be fair, Plourr isn't exactly fashion-forward when it comes to hair.
no subject
"I hadn't realised they where ever in," she says with a small grin.
"I just like this style because it keeps my hair out of the way. Looks kinda cool too."

While she speaks, she unpins the bun and starts unrolling it, running her fingers through her hair to seperate the strands. Then she starts on the second one.

She gets a 'wtf' look. "What films, all the documentary-holos they did?"
no subject
"No... the movies by George Lucas. A New Hope, Return of the Jedi and... um... I can never remember the name of the other one."

She looks over at the other woman nosily, crooking her head to the side to read the title of her book.
"Is that a magic book?" she asks.
no subject
"Um... no. Feng Shui. I can't do magic."
She takes a sip of her coke.

"Like moving the chair a little bit to the left so that if you're lucky, you don't trip over it in the dark? Someone needed to write a whole book on that?"

Thats the simple way of explaining it anyway. It's pretty complicated to be honest."
[ooc: apologies! for anything I get wrong about Feng Shui.]

Agnes wonders if there's also a 'make Granny be nicer to me' corner.
no subject
"Well, I guess some people think of it like that..."

"Hi. Can I help you with something?"
no subject
"My apologies, my dear. That was most discorteous of me."
no subject
"It's okay. Did you want something?"

Shortly, a light salad - light by Val's standards, anyway. Fairly heavy by anoyone else's, considering it features quails eggs, and salmon, and pie.
"I am Valentine di Verona," with a polite and elegant bow.
"Who do I have the honour of adressing?"
no subject
"I'm Inari Raith," she says offering him a slender, pale hand.
no subject
"Your servant, my lady."
no subject
"Thank you. It's nice to meet you, Valentine."
