Mun wants both her pups in at once and is being lazy. So two for one special on the pups.
Rin is currently beside the fire and looking half-asleep with a book on her lap and a white plush looking blanket on her lap. She's definitely botherable and she hates sleeping almost as much as she hates Akito, which is quite a bit if you know anything about her. Her black hair is falling over her shoulders and on her lap while her head is leaning against the high back chair. Feel free to interrupt... or watch her sleep, after all, a girl who lives with her family has called her a "bewitching beauty".
Inuyasha on the other hand is perfectly content to be seated up the rafters again and enjoying ramen. Judging by the mess beneath him, this has to be his eighth cup of ramen. clatter ...make that ninth cup of ramen. No one knows how many of those things he's got up there on the rafters, or how delighted he is to have a basically endless supply of ramen.

"I'm telling you I wasn't sleeping."
She's a stubborn one, hell, she's actually the only one who's managed to get out of her cursed form early through her sheer stubbornness and will power.
"...what kind of tea do you have?"
Might as well be somewhat courtious, after all, she didn't want to be seen as someone like the head of her house.

"I am a still-mistress and healer besides, Lady" she offered simply. Not arguing just...telling the girl that usually, she could determine sleep.
"And as such, I've more teas than I might name easily, and may mix as you wish" she chuckled, a warm, purring sound not far from a large cat. "Do you care for aught? Or wish to sample my mixtures?"

If the woman was, she knows she'll be out of there in a heartbeat. Not even Haru or that damn Rat can catch her if she's determined to get away. There were some perks to having the Horse as the cursed animal of the Zodiac. Her stomach twists in an all too familiar manner and her face goes a little pale.
Damn ulcers, maybe this woman had something to soothe those.
"....anything that isn't bitter and can take the edge off of stomach trouble."
Rin responds, she's skeptical that the woman has purely good intentions. She has no idea she has the same suspicions of everyone as the person she fears besides her mother does.

"I've a Brightshine and Rose tea that is gentle" she noted "And many forms of chamomile...are you feeling ill, Lady?" she asked, nothing but worry in her tone.
no subject
However the worry has her on guard despite the sincerity. It's the same look in that girl's eyes... the one who shouldn't be with the Sohma family; the outsider, when they'd first encountered each other.
"It's nothing serious."
Liar liar pants on fire. If an ulcer isn't serious, then the plague didn't kill thousands of people.

"I can smell pain, Lady, and it can not be a wise thing to hide such...I may not be able to cure all, but I may sooth in the least. Please, allow me?"
no subject
"There isn't anything you can do that hasn't been tried. Believe me; it's been this way since I was small. I don't even know you or what this room is you're talking about. I don't even know why I should trust you."
This is how she winds up driving people off, it's her way of preventing herself from being hurt. Anyone with psychology classes and knowlegde would see that.

"The Still room is where I work with herbs. It us a large room, with counters and dried herbs festooning the ceiling, there I mix and I sleep upon the cot in the corner. The door is never closed and it is but at the top of the stair." when in doubt, offer facts.
"You may not trust me, Lady, for I am a Were, and many fear such, but I offer you no harm, and that I swear upon Gunnora" there was the briefest hint of amber light in the air that pronouncement, and the smell of ripe fields and warm days...
no subject
"I don't care if you're a Were or whatever that is; I don't see how you expect me to believe you would just heal or whatever it was you want to do to me and have nothing else in mind."
She's been around a few times this one. If there's a hint of a shaky tone in her voice, there's not a mistake. Isuzu's not used to people wanting to help for nothing; especially women.
no subject
"And I do not ask for trust or belief, simply a chance. Healing is neither fast, nor easy, and I do know you shall not trust me for such...I simply ask to offer tea, and they are upstairs"
no subject
"....we'll see how the tea goes. I want to ask about this... Were you say you are."
Rin stands up, she's quite tall for being a Japanese girl, nearly five seven in height and waits for the woman to show the way. All she knows is that it's upstairs. As long as there aren't any windows present, things should be alright.

And the door was open, and even as Khemrys breezed in, she did not close it. A healers door never closed. It was just as she described, dried herbs and pleasant scents, bottles and cupboards, and a single small cot near the window...
"Ask any question you like, Lady, I shall answer" she promised simply as she opened a cupboard to retrieve a tea mug.
The odd thing? The moment one passed the threshold, there was a sense of peace. Of warmth...her Goddess may not be well known in Bar, but she did not ignore the abode of her followers.
no subject
Then again, this may be a place Akito wouldn't be welcome in.
"What exactly is a Were?" She asks, might as well get that one out, and looks around, she decides against sitting and somewhat leans against the door. Rin isn't used to a place feeling peaceful and warm.

"I wear fur as a Pard, or leopard as I am called here"
no subject
She doesn't waste a second this one. Leopards usually ate things with hooves, she's going to be careful not to get weakened or anything like that. No good trying to break a curse if a hungry leopard sees your cursed form and things you'll make a great snack.
She pushes her hair out of her face and pulls it behind her shoulder to try and make it behave, arms crossing over her chest as she awaits her answer.

"My father was of Were blood, and so, therefore, am I. My Lord Jason is from a world and time where his is as a disease, by being bitten, he himself has become a wolf...that is a fair unkind world"
no subject
"So it's something you were born with and control."
If her own family's curse could only be that simple...
no subject
"I was born with it, yes, though it did not arise in my blood until my seventeenth summer...and I had never heard of females of the Were blood, I think my own was a...mistake of fate. I control it as well as I might. I cannot ignore the full moon, and when I first began to change I was frozen in Fur for quite some time" she explained, leaning against a counter with her mug.
"My Lord Jason's is a far harsher thing"
no subject
"How is his a harsher thing than yours? Is he unable to control it?"
She's perfectly fine with finding out about this Were thing, maybe something in the telling will give her an idea of how to try and break her own.
no subject
"He can control it to a degree as well, though he too is moon tied. Changing to wolf, then back too soon exhausts him though" she wasn't adverse to sharing information...facts fought fear after all, and she'd learned that here, here, she could not be hunted.

She responds, taking a really small sip of the tea and finding that she likes it. Rin kind of relates to both of them when she thinks about it. She's usually in pain before the transformation and during it until she either feels better, Hatori is called or she manages to change back.
Apparently speaking of the shifting is painful for her, Rin knows that kind of pain all too well.
no subject
"Might I ask, Lady, why you are curious of such? Most wish to know of dangers to themselves, truth, but not more..." she offered delicately.
no subject
She asks, eyes narrowing slightly as she took another sip of tea.
