Here is a Miniver. He's out of the infirmary, but one might say... not exactly looking spectacular.
He's sprawling more or less in a booth. Possibly he ended up here stopping to rest on his way to his room and forgot to move again. Or something.
There's a little enchanted model dragon skulking around the table and apparently trying to boil the glass of water a rat deposited on the table at some point, which is being ignored in favor of a book, which Miniver is sometimes reading, and sometimes staring off into space distractedly.
Come say hi to the recovering alcoholic.

And perhaps a kiss on the fuzzy head.
"They let me out. Apparently I'm okay now that I've stopped talking to the ceiling."
And this makes things SO much better.

"Thought any more about that... thing?"

He then sat back down next to Miniver in the booth.
"I have. I can't imagine why anybody wouldn't want this, but it will mean changes. I hope your poetry isn't affected by this. I like your words."

He held it in his hand, and calmly said, "I wish that Miniver was born with my world's wizard magic in him."

"We'll have to get you one, but let's see if this will work." He muttered a spell to change a fork into a feather. He then handed the wand to Miniver.
"Try this. Repeat what I say, and wave this over the feather. Wingardium Leviosa."

"Not bad for a first time," he smiled some.

"Oh... oh my god. I did that? I did that. I made it move. Just like that? It worked?"
Miniver's brain process is currently working more or less like this:

Draco smiled, and leaned over to kiss him, "Not a Muggle now."

There may be other things that juuuuust border on challenging certain bar rules, but they're in a booth and fairly inconspicuous.

Possibly in smallish increments until his body recovers from four days without food and the lingering symptoms of withdrawal, but oh yes, there would be more of this.
For the time being, Miniver's enthusiasm is curbed by his body's inability to sustain any energetic activity for very long. But it's in his eyes, even when he slows, panting. And he doesn't move any further away than he has to.

"You're welcome," he murmured, "Better now?"

There is snuggling and shifting about until they fit together perfectly.
"So you need a wand to do it, right? Don't suppose that's something Bar might just have up her metaphoical sleeve, huh?"
