Kestrel is in a booth.
It's hard to say if she's been there all night, or if she went up to her room at some point, and has merely already come downstairs.
At some point, she'll go looking for coffee.

"Eh, well, Dawn patrol, not as fun as, maybe, Kestrel patrol, but... has it's uses." Oh the smirk...

Her curious grin has a faint brittleness to it.
"And what on earth would you do on such a patrol?"
no subject

"So, when you're not babysitting at the mall, what do you do?" Oh yeah - can we say subtle?
no subject
"Not a lot, really... spend time with my friends, help out my roommate... she was pregnant when I left, although apparently she's had the baby, according to Angela... spend time on the computer... yell at Davan for selling my panties on eBay... the usual, really."

*another pull*
"And, can I watch?" he smiles - almost laughs - and has an image of a cat typing away, watching the bids and laughing it's cat-head off.

She sighs, and watches him for a moment with a somewhat inscrutable look in her eyes.
"Connor..."

"... I'm flattered, and all, but..."

"So, who is it?"
no subject
"The one who went crazy, left, came back, tried to kill himself because he thought he might have raped me, and left again; and the one who didn't do any of that, but isn't around very often."
no subject
no subject
"Yeah... you could say that."
