Kestrel is in a booth.
It's hard to say if she's been there all night, or if she went up to her room at some point, and has merely already come downstairs.
At some point, she'll go looking for coffee.

"... Aubrey?"

She sits up a little, but still looks roughly like hell warmed over.
This may or may not mean she looks like she has a hangover.

"Nah, don't smoke... you want a seat? 'm gonna get some coffee in a minute."

She heads over to Richard (http://www.livejournal.com/community/milliways_bar/1784870.html), who's just shown up, and gets some coffee, in this continuity bringing it back and offering a cup to Aubrey.

"... yeah... although unless you've got a better special effects budget, nobody's going to believe you don't just have people faking it off-camera, Aubrey."
See Kestrel.
See Kestrel pretend she's fine.
... she's actually doing a decent job of it, too.

"Morning. You wouldn't happen to be Kestrel?" he asks with a hint of a smile - which is as bright and cheery as he gets most days.

She starts awake from where she's been dozing slightly as her mun is in a computer class.

"Just thought I should introduce myself, so when you go looking for your instructors, you know who I am. If anyone's interested in sword fighting or just generic fencing."
no subject
She shrugs.
"That's awesome, though - I'm glad that people are expressing an interest in the idea, though. And I know I'd like to learn, if I can... are you just planning to teach those, or were there any other things you'd have an interest in?"
She sits up, and looks like she's trying to wake up more.
"For that matter, is there anything you'd like a chance to learn more about? I might start going around and actually asking people if they'd like to teach, in case they haven't seen the sign."
no subject
"Well, I also know a great deal about antique pottery, but I'm not sure how many would be interested in that."
He pauses to sip his tea.
"And, my view on history might not be what most would want to hear, but I can help in that respect as well, if needed. The sword play is my forte, though."
"As for learning - I'm sure there's something I don't know yet." And the smile reappears - a little bigger - it's still early.
no subject
"Antique pottery? Any particular reason why?"
no subject
"That's what's in my shop - among other things. I'm an antique dealer. The sword fighting stuff just seemed like it would get more attention."
[ooc: mun going to lunch for an hour - will poke in after that. *g*]

[ooc: No problem - am doing a bit of that myself right now]

There's a bit of a wistful look in her eyes.
"What's your favorite place you've ever traveled, anyway?"
