hasthehighground: Natasha and Clint being quiet and happy at each other ([natasha] relaxed)

[Awhile ago, Clint and Natasha decided an impromptu vacation would increase their work efficiency.

... Yeah.

This is what they did on their day off.]

Andrea comes in with an 8' foot length of Chinese Bamboo, another 8' length of Cherrywood (actually three slates glued together), a canvas bag of wedges (though you can't quite see that unless you have x-ray vision), and a small tool box. She heads straight for the back door, whistling for a waitrat to open it for her so she doesn't have to set anything down. You might think all this was a lot for such a small woman to carry, and you'd be half right, but Andrea has her ways.

Once outside, Andrea sets everything down a few feet from the back porch and spreads out a blanket she pulled out from the canvas bag. She then sets out a ball of hemp twine, the aforementioned wedges and flips open the toolbox to pull out an odd circular tool and a wooden mallet.

Picking up the bamboo, she takes the tools and heads for the porch to cut the bamboo into slates. It becomes quickly apparent for anyone watching why she needed the porch*; a stepladder would have just been awkward. As to what she is really doing with all of this? You'll have to ask.

[OOC:* Link leads to a short 30 second video of what she is doing with the bamboo.]

At a table in the dining area of Milliways tavern are several chickens.

Well, one whole chicken, alive and feathered. Bits and pieces of other chickens, breaded and fried with the Milliways special blend of 11 herbs and spices. Or maybe 15. Who knows.

Because Extra Crispy is more fun to peck at than Original Recipe, narration feels it necessary to apologize for the mess.

"--And you can't make me!"

Molly slams the door behind her, but as soon as she sees the bar it's as if her mood flips on a coin: she tosses her hair back and beams delightedly, eyes lighting up (with joy, not super-powers).

She bounces off to the bar for a drink... and pauses noticeably when she sees the outside through the door.

Still, she can explore what on earth caused that mess later - first things first, and milkshakes always come first.

Feel free to catch her either at the bar, or exploring the mess outdoors wide-eyed (and more than a little worried she knows what happened).

The narration would be grateful if you don't tell her that her older self helped to cause it, though.
