Susannah is once again working in the bar, although she has less of a pile of documents with her tonight. All she has is a notebook, in which she is alternately taking notes, scratching out notes, and doodling.

She is not a bad teacher, but some things are hard to approach.

She also has a large bottle of water, because proper hydration is important.

Buffy goes right ahead, and takes a long swallow of her smoothie once she's settled. It tastes like fruit and joy.

When she puts it down, she notices that the table is already inhabited by notebooks. "Sorry, were you working?"

"Not exactly," she says. "Just trying to organize my thoughts."

She nods. "I hear that can be useful." More smoothie. "When I try it always ends up kind of like little kids with spaghetti."

Susannah tries to unpack that. "All over the walls?"

"I was thinking, like..." She mimes. "How they end up pushing it around and dropping it, but now that you mention it, yes."

Buffy gets an inquisitive eyebrow.

"Any more trouble with the demon bunnies?"

She shoots a dark look at the lake door.

"Not really, but that's probably because I haven't really gone near them. It's too bad there isn't a spray-on repellent."
