runningredIt really hasn't been a good week for Jay. But on the plus side, the drugs are out of his system.
After considerable prodding and poking from the medical team, he's been cleared with orders of a good meal and lots of rest.
Now he just wants to sleep for a week.
Only he really doesn't because he knows the horrors his mind has been twisted into the last two days will re-manifest as nightmares. For months.
Nothing feels real. Nothing tastes right, especially not the soup the Bar forced on him with orders to eat.
Hollow eyed and backed into the most defensible corner of the bar, Jay is playing with his food.

Apr. 25th, 2016 08:00 pmmakesthingsSameth has covered a table with books from various magical worlds, pieces of parchment with Charter Marks glimmering on them alongside sketches of small devices. His conversation with Jim gave him a lot of ideas and he wants to work quickly.
At the moment, he's focusing on detecting different sorts of magic, the books focus on magical theory and have their own inherent magic, that will allow him to create a device to detect it. Since most of Milliways seems to be created by a mixture of magics, it would make sense that the forcefield is along the same lines. He's testing Marks to see which ones react to the books with an arrowhead he enchanted as a Charter base. Nick would be proud, he's being scientific.

Auxin is a little on the intoxicated side when he comes into the bar, carefully holding a bottle with bloody fingerprints on it. With exaggerated caution, he makes sure not to drop it but instead places it down on the nearest table.
Now, he needs to make sure he writes down everything he can remember about tonight in case this is Evidence. He gets out his notebook, drops it on the floor twice, and then looks for his pencil, which turns out to be in his shoe.
Focus. Try to remember and then to write in a straight line.

2. The waiter slod us extra expsnivive wine while we were gliggllgging
3. Bastard
4. he had short black hair and a mole on his nose

6. Is it a crime or just bad food hygieienie?'
