First Entrance

 A tall and lanky young man, all long limbs and messy hair, enters and pauses to look around the bar. Dressed in a black school uniform with a messenger-style book bag strapped across his chest, he shrugs his shoulders and heads for the nearest empty table where he swings the bag into an empty seat before taking out a book written in Kanji, the title of which reads as "The Five Elements and their interactions".

When a wait rat comes over and chirps expectantly, the youth blinks at it a few times before shrugging again and ordering a barley soda. He watches the wait rat leave with its tray before shrugging yet again and returning to his reading. If a bar or restaurant wants to appear where the library should be, who is he to argue?

Soon enough though, his curiosity gets the better of him and he leans over to the nearest person and says, "Sorry to bother you, but can you tell me where I am?"

Delicate Fabergé egg-type designs have been carved into the gift he gave her. Everywhere. They are incredibly tiny and detailed.

All right, so this is what witchcraft really looks like. Well, maybe. One kind of witchcraft, anyway.

Some people would say it's stupid to eat anything in a fairy land, but after watching a few people come up to the bar and come away with meals, William Douglas says fuck it under his breath and goes and asks for a bottle of wine. French wine, good stuff, right? And he'll just take that with him and poke around a bit.

So there's a medieval teenager (almost twenty) out in the grounds, drinking from a bottle and kicking a rock in front of him while he has a good look around.

In a shadowy corner of the bar, there's a wide-eyed teenage boy who stares out at his surroundings with undisguised bewilderment. His blonde hair is mussed and unkempt, matching his frayed school uniform and smudgy cheek. Despite his disheveled appearance, he's remarkably unnoticeable - something about him makes him blend into the wall behind him.

Noah draws a worried hand across his face as he stares across the bar. Where the hell is he? Why... he feels more solid than he has in a long time. Instinctively he peers around, searching for Blue or even Gwenllian - but sees no one familiar. 

Why is he here?

Jim looks a little distracted when he comes into the bar this evening. But luckily, this does not last long! As soon as he goes to the bar, he's presented with an item which makes him cackle out loud and turn from thoughtful to manic in the space of a heartbeat. Wonderful! He snatches up a pen at once.

There's nothing more satisfying than a good round of mutual 'go fuck yourself'. (Okay, there is, but he'll take it.) The bar then delivers up his laptop, the drone he's working on for Eric and his 4D chess game, which he switches on...and as T-Minus logs him on a second delivery makes an appearance. 

The sudden mania dies away to something quieter as he reads the instructions. Then his eyes light up, and he immediately scans a random item to try it out. And it is brilliant.

Score one for random presents! His mood is saved, the evening promises to be fun. He takes over two tables at once, and alternates between checking the uplink to his drones, fiddling around with the one he's building and playing multi-dimensional spatial puzzles. The carved dildo is given pride-of-place display at the head of it all.
