Zed opens his mouth, but fortunately, K talks first.

"There's a reason for Security, but you're going to be fine. Most people here stick to the Rules well enough. Any time there's trouble, just keep your distance. Most times it'll work itself out."


Zed, of course, is grumbling something about, "Fucking nuthouse...."

Anna breaks into a smile. It transforms her, honestly. She loses the look of suspicion she's been carrying since she landed here, and it lights up her eyes.

"I'm afraid I'm not very good at staying out of trouble. Though I am relieved it wasn't out of the frying pan, into the fire."

"Oh, it can get plenty hot if you're looking for that," K assures her. "Just make a few friends in the right places."
