Milliways, Enzo fancies, feels different without Dani. Emptier, even when it's bustling. Or maybe it's just him. He still doesn't feel as wretched as he always thought he would, but there's a sort of hollowness.

Of course, Milliways also feels different through a layer of heavy velvet. This is a new one.

Oh, well. At least it brings out his eyes.

This is why there is suddenly a four-year-old boy at Enzo's side, running his hands over the material.

Eep! Invasion of personal space—oh, it's just a little kid. That's okay, then.

"Uh, hi."

The boy looks up with big blue eyes, pulling his hands away. Just in case.

"Hi, Enzo!"

Enzo's brow furrows. He doesn't recall making the acquaintance of any boys this age.

"You know me?"

"Yes!"

Duh.

He giggles. Enzo is silly.

Enzo grins. All right, so it's a prank of some kind.

"Do I know you?"

[isaysimplewords]

This is, obviously, the most ridiculous question he has ever been asked.

"Yes!"

Twenty Questions it is!

"How long have I known you?"

[isaysimplewords]

"Um."

This question is more difficult. Counting back that far is hard when you're four.

"A long time," he decides finally.

Arnold is laughing at you, Enzo.

But really, it's a friendly kind of laugh.

"Hey," Arnold says once he gets his breath back, "at least you look good in purple, right?"

"I totally pull this look off," Enzo agrees smugly.

"Better not get too smug, Bar will give you something worse next time."

He's mostly kidding.

"What's the occasion, anyway?" It's not April Fool's on Arnold's world, you see.

"April Fool's. Doesn't seem as screwy as Mardi Gras, but I heard the food's being weird."

"I'm glad I haven't tried anything, then," Arnold says with slightly wide eyes.

"Oh, don't worry, it's not weird like some of the stuff around here. Just weird like it tastes like the wrong food."

Upon spotting the familiar green shade of her brother-in-law, AndrAIa takes one look at his outfit, and promptly bursts into laughter.

She's not laughting at you, Enzo, honest! She's laughing with you.

Oh, thbppppt. At least you don't match.

Enzo scowls at her a bit, but tries to look dignified. "Hey, not everyone can pull off this look," he declares.

AndrAIa fights back her laughter just long enough to articulate a response.

"I think I saw some sprites in Voltas dressed like that."

"Oh, man, I bet!"

He could be referring to the system's moral atmosphere, or just its renowned gaudiness. The world may never know.

Through her laughter, she settles Enzo with a half-hearted Look.

"Fair warning, if you start calling me 'baby girl', I will have to hurt you."

He wasn't planning to, but now that she mentions it...

"Okay, doll."

"Ack! Get over here, twerp!"

The Game sprite lunges, making a grab for both her brother-in-law and his hat.

Enzo dodges and attempts to fend her off with his diamond-handled cane.
