The Bar has an uncanny ability to sense when Ianto comes into Milliways to brood: she always asks him to bartend on those days. He supposes this is a good thing: it keeps him from dwelling too much in his own head.

There's nothing wrong with playing to his own strengths, too.

"I don't seriously know how it works. I'm a numbers man. Insystem, you tell me where you want to go and I tell you if there's anything in the way. In jump I take my trank and let whoever's sitting Helm do his job."
