"Oh, come on!"

Munch stops as he steps through the door. His wardrobe hasn't changed (thankfully, or else tending bar tonight would be a real pain in the ass), but he hasn't completely escaped unscathed. Pinned to the lapel of his sport coat is an orange pumpkin pin with flashing lights.

Rolling his eyes he pulls off the coat, only for the pin to disappear and reappear pinned to his shirt. "Oh, for Pete's sake."

That earns him a semi-suspicious look. "You a cop?"

Edie is not a fan of the police force as a whole.

She takes another drink.

"It's nice. Tony became president the yesterday, and well, we went to Vegas and got married."

Being a supervillainess will make you suspicious of cops. Especially if it's their fault in the first place that you are one.

"This was the third time we've tried. The first two times were going for the big church wedding...this time we decided to just get it done."

And being married by the King isn't bad, in her estimation.

She nods, "The first time, Tony nearly died. The second, there was a big fire. This time, everything went over well."

She nods, chuckling sardonically. "It happens, I guess."

Oh, they'll have good enough luck, until the world changes again, and tears everything they've built up away from them. They're pretty used to it; what with it happening like that for forty-five years.

She doesn't like thinking down that road much either.

"Not right now, thanks. But please, it's just Edie."
