This evening, running around the bar proper and around the stables and treefort outside, is a little scruffy young boy. He's ducking and weaving around furniture, and jumping over some of the rocks outside with a little bit of ease.. It would be a pretty spectacular sight, except it's kind of ruined by the screeching black and gold minicyber-raptor running about a foot behind Tyler.

"Koh!"

Winston'd just like to know when they're going to HUNT some prey already, really.

Winston's not the only one wearing shiny yellow metal today. Bumblebee manages to honk his horn even though he's in bot mode at the moment, and waves as Tyler draws near.

Soon as he hears that honking noise, the path of the tumbling boy is altered to head towards the autobot.

"Hey Bumblebee!"

A cartoon style speech balloon pops up over Bumblebee's head. It reads:

Hi, Tyler! Long time no see, eh?

...THAT is new, and new enough to stop Tyler to stare up at it before looking at Bumblebee.

"That's an understatement...when'd you get that?"

Some time ago. I'm afraid I came out second best in a battle with Skywarp. Ratchet doesn't think another vocalizer repair will take.

Tyler winces and makes a face at the mention of coming out on the losing side of the fight.

"I'm sorry that happened...So you got this word bubble thing made?"

I had some assistance from Alyx Vance here in the Bar. Simpler than trying to build it myself.

Winston, meanwhile the two are conversing, is taking to sniffing about Bee's feet curiously.

Wheeljack does it well. But when Wheeljack helps with projects, they explode.

Bumblebee's still got a recording of The Price Is Right's bom-bom-ba-bom, BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH noise that he's capable of playing back to indicate what he thinks of that idea.

I would really rather not be modified again, says Bumblebee's balloon. Somehow the font contrives to look sour.

"...and Skywarp?" Tyler's trying not to grin too much at that.

"Because forcing the people you don't like to look like a hotrod and have their holographic form look like a pimp is kinda funny.."

Skywarp was a Decepticon, Bumblebee's balloon points out. If he's still alive he's not going to hold still for that.

Enzo spots him at the edge of the forest, on the way to the treefort.

"Tyler! Hey, Tyler!"

"Enzo! Hey!" Tyler stops in the tumbling with the miniraptor skidding in the undergrowth behind him before jogging towards the sprite.

Enzo runs to meet him halfway. "How've you been, dude?"

"Pbbbbbbbbbbbbbbht."

That should be enough of an answer, really.

"I've had better days..and worse ones, but not by much. Hiding in the Bar until I feel like taking on the world back home again."

"Mom and Dad took me along to Toby's soccer game against...did I tell you about Praetorian Academy?"
