The sign on the bar this evening is written with glowing red and green letters:
Free Cracker with Your Drink
There is a large pile of gaily colored Cribbages Wizarding Crackers stacked next to the sign.
And there is a young, ginger-haired witch waiting to see if she has any customers. If the hat perched on her head is anything to go by, she has already opened her own cracker.
(Her scarf, however, was a gift.)
[OOC: See info linked above about the crackers, and have fun!]
[ETA: Slowtime, please? It got late! Tags will be picked up tomorrow.]

"I can warn people, though.
"Thank you for the scarf, Scorpius."
Which is is now wearing as the mun has remembered to write the other half of the EP *facepalms*."It's very pretty."

He frowns slightly, then shakes his head. Where was he?
"Anyway! I'm glad you like it."

"Happy Christmas.
"D'you want something to drink? Cracker?"
no subject
And while she's getting that for him, he'll reach over and snag a cracker for himself.
"Happy Christmas to you too."
no subject
It's festive.
"Cheers," Lily says.
"Is it still summer for you?"

She has to thank him for the coat currently hanging from her arm. And it would probably be a good idea to let him know he's getting another half-brother.

"Mia, hi. How, uhm - " He notices she has a little bump going, there. "How're you?"
no subject
She follows his gaze towards her belly and smiles sheepishly.
"Is it any consolation that you're finding out at about the same time your grandparents are? And this is still earlier than when they found out about Cepheus."

Considering how warm she's felt, a light coat is exactly what she needed for the season.
"Draco and Cepheus love their gifts, too. And Cepheus especially needed some perking up. He switches between curious and jealous at the idea of being a big brother and he seems to crave reminders that we'll love him no matter what."

Her hair is tied back and she's wearing a thin, grey dress that's hugging her small baby bump. Slung over her arm, however, is her gift.
"So, these are crackers. I had wondered what they looked like before when Draco suggested that Cepheus could play with them last year."

She shrugs and maneuvers herself onto a barstool.
"Could I please have a big mug of tea? And some Saylan pickled cactus if you can find a jar."
no subject
She catches the jar that comes zooming toward her and sets it in front of Mia while she turns her attention to making tea.
(Lily is a terribly cook, but she makes very, very good tea.)
no subject
She's gotten awfully good at opening jars within the last three-ish months.
"How have you been, Lily? And care for a pickle?"
no subject
She's busy with teapots and tea leaves and large mug with a snowman on it.
"How about you?"

"Good evening, Peeta.

"I actually think it's fun. I daresay I'd feel differently if I had to do it every day, but occasionally, sure. Why not?
"Has Bar never asked you to, then?"

"Both things I know how to fix, so I'm grateful for that.
"Can I get you anything?"
