*It's been a while.
Jack Sparrow -- that's Captain Jack Sparrow -- strolls in, grinning wickedly, and heads straight for the bar.*
Rum, luv, if you'd be so kind.
*A bottle and a glass appear instantly, and Jack pats the bar approvingly.*
You're a treasure and no mistake, luv. A treasure indeed.

He doesn't quite purr, but it's closer to it than he's been lately.
"I must say, however, my dear Jack, you have been missed."

Frankie doesn't do innocence very well, but when he's... well, call it plain-clothes, it's a bit easier.
"Whatever makes you say that, my dear pirate?"
no subject
Now, now, mate -- that'd be telling.
no subject
He smirks, lighting up a cigarette, and leaving the unlabelled pack on the bar, should Jack want one.
"Not that it's entirely applicable in either case, I suppose."
no subject
*Jack is still grinning.*

Frankie does not bat his eyelashes at Jack, because that lacks class. And whatever else he is or is not, he prefers to have class when he may.

Pirate.
*He grins wickedly -- very wickedly -- at Frankie.*
no subject
"Transvestite."
And he grins right back.

You'd get along well in Tortuga, mate. Or in Singapore.
*He drinks.*
no subject
Frankie drinks as well, still grinning.

*Jack grins and drinks again.*
no subject
He grins wickedly, feeling better perhaps, and rebelliously Does Not Drink.
"Please, Jack, do tell me a story. I'm all ears."
no subject
That's a shame, that is.
*He drinks more rum, then grins.* What sort of tale would you hear?
no subject
He takes a moment to sip at his rum, then raises an eyebrow as he lowers the glass. "What sort of tale would you like to tell? I'm really... quite open about these things, you know."
no subject
Have I told you about the time I impersonated a priest? Or the time I kidnapped a merchant's twin daughters?
no subject
He grins, and tops up Jack's glass.

It was a few years back, savvy? We took a ship from one of the Spanish lines, and brought everything of value aboard.
Turns out that the merchant whose ship it was had sent his twin daughters to Hispaniola to join his household there. *His grin turns wicked.* They were lovely lasses, all of twenty years old, and very friendly indeed.
Spent a few weeks sailing around with them before we managed to collect the ransom. *Jack looks solemn.* I wouldn't have been a good host had I not seen to their entertainment, savvy? But it was their idea -- they were fond of me, for some reason.

Still smirking a little, he finishes off his glass of rum, and refills both it and Jack's once more.
"And you've impersonated a priest as well, have you?"
no subject
Aye, mate. I have. But it's your turn for a tale, savvy?
no subject
"I'm afraid that none of my stories paint me in a particularly flattering light, my dear."
no subject
*Jack grins at him.*
Make it something you like better, savvy?
no subject
no subject
*Jack grins wickedly, and stands up.*
Another time, then?
no subject
"My thanks, of course, for the rum and the story, Jack."
