Richard steps behind the bar and ties on his apron.

Zeke stops cold.

"You've seen him? Older guy, shorter than me, grinning a lot and probably smoking a cigar or something. Hair down to his shoulders? That him?"

He's praying it's not.

He shakes his head.

"Not that one. Probably a different one. There are so many worlds here."

Zeke breaths again. Not that he has to...but it's really better for him. Lets him talk and all.

"Oh...okay. Just, uh, yeah...him...not knowing I go here. That's...that's good like it is."

Richard tops off the coffee again.

"Sorry, mate. Just don't want you to be surprised if he turns up."

Zeke smiles tiredly and nods as he finishes up his breakfast and stands. He drops a five on the counter.

"Yeah...thanks, Rich. I get ya. Just...hoping on the not for that."

And off he goes.
