William is feeling more like himself after some awful days up in his room as he found new ways to hurt and had trouble remembering who he was.
Today he's come down because his injuries from the fight feel like they'll get worse if he doesn't move and he needs more ice or something for all the bruises on his face, also the fire will feel nice. He hopes that the man he fought was Javert thinking he was Robin Hood and not Ben Wade, that would be awful, more awful.
There's a bandage visible under his shirt on one arm and his shirt isn't buttoned properly as his arm hurts, also he's carrying down a sword. At the counter, he drops it and tells Bar to return it to Teja before gently taking the tray with tomato soup, grilled cheese and tea on it to a table close to the fire.

"A swordfight?" He blinks. "With who?"

"...probably Javert", he says, putting it together. "I've heard he might be infected."

"You're taking care of the wounds?" he asks, just to make sure.

"Stiff?" Gavroche says with a frown. "In your muscles?"

Though he's in pain but he's dealt with being beat up before.

Gently he pushes up his sleeve to show the bandage on his arm.

"Greetings," he says, when he finds him at his table. "You are yourself again, William Evans?"

Its the one part of all this that doesn't make sense to him. Teja's on Security, he must have seen how D'Artagnan was someone who wanted it a fight and that happened. It just doesn't make any sense.

From what he can tell the whole idea of Security is to keep trouble from happening and giving him a sword didn't do anything good.

"Yeah, but you don't give a drunk man a loaded gun even if he asks for it. We almost killed each other for no other reason than we both wanted a fight and cause we had swords it was worse."

Yes, he still would have gotten beaten up if he'd fought, but now he has cuts from a sword.
