Some time after this sign goes up, Guppy settles down at the bar, with the List, trying to work out who is still here.

They haven't checked it for a while, he notes, looking at some of the names.

"Oh, no this is at home, Archie is the kid next door." Guppy says. "It's at Archie's school that he's getting called names, so I hope his teachers are dealing with it. I told his mum and she said she's going to talk to the school."

"Right, yes, I'm sure she'll glad to have you and Fern as allies."

"Yeah, Fran and I have maybe a few different parenting techniques from next door, but both the boys are a little isolated so I think the friendship is good for them."

"Thanks." Guppy smiles. "I know he really values your support."

"Its there for him and you as much as you need."

"Thanks Charles, you're a good friend. I hope we can be there for you too."
