It's five o'clock somewhere.
At this point Lesgle's feelings would be hurt, genuinely hurt, if he didn't get a happy hour request from Bar at least every couple of weeks or so. Tending bar is a most congenial activity, in the absence of useful political work.
Today he considers the chalk board and writes
Teach the barman a new cocktail recipe and all attempts to recreate it will go on his tab until he performs to your satisfaction.
((Open to new threads till the next Happy Hour, but I need to call it a night for now!))

"I'll just have a bottle if TruBlood, if you please."
{ooc: off to fetch kids and food and such, but back later!}

It sounds disgusting, but then again Bossuet doesn't drink blood in the first place, so what does he know?
no subject
"No. No food or drink besides blood. I must admit - sometimes I do miss beer."
Ever the Viking.

" Is this a work ethic I see being written out before me? My dear Bossuet. How tragically bourgeois of you."
no subject
He leans on the bar and beams. "So do you know any drinks I don't know? And if so, how and why and for how long?"
no subject
It's also impossible for him to not fuss with Bossuet's cravat if it's going to go and be crooked. It is of course somewhat improper to be so familiar with the bartender, but one can't always be proper.

From close up, it will be obvious that he has some scratches and sticking plaster on his face and hands, small and discreet.

He ponders.
"Something pleasantly simply, I think. A Bellini cocktail."

"Hmm, I already had a Chocolate Saturday yesterday. I have a drink in mind that is quite complicated that most likely is new to everyone here. Were you thinking complicated or simple drinks?"

It still may turn out complicated, but that relative to the Chocolate Saturday it is simple.

She also looks as if she could kill you.
She stares at the specials board, an eyebrow raised and a hand on her hip.
"Yeah, that's not gonna work."
Can Lesgle handle two vampires in one shift? At least it's not at the same time. That would be unethical. Fun, but unethical.

Yes, all right, sights like this are another reason to enjoy tending bar.
no subject
"Very."
That's an answer to both.
But the microscopically subtle twist to her crimson lips might suggest she's open to being proved wrong to at least one of those things.
