Happy Hour with Sam Wilson
Sam backs through the front door carrying several medium sized boxes and thus isn't aware he's in Milliways until he's through and the door closes behind him. Once he does, he shrugs and heads for the bar. It's not the VA but he can leave the boxes of Girl Scout cookies here just as well as back home. It doesn't matter who eats them after all, he just doesn't want them going to waste, and they won't keep with the trips with Steve that keep happening.
When he gets to Bar though, he gets the infamous napkin. "Alright, I can take over. Have yourself a good nap. Should I save some of these for you? No? Okay."
"Happy Hour is here folks and I've got cookies!" He calls out once he's opened several of the cases, pulling out various kinds of the cookies.
[OOC: Decided to throw the Happy Hour up early. Here until 4pm PST, though work may interrupt my good intentions.]

Elrond drifts closer. He often find the sweet treats here too sweet, but he is willing to give it another try.

Sam smiles and offers a polite nod. "Anything I get for you?"
no subject
"I do not know these, but perhaps you could recommend one?"
His voice is pleasant, rich and melodic.

The eyes look at the boxes, and then look at Sam. Back to the boxes, back to Sam. Back and forth, back and forth, until they fix on Sam and the creature's face splits in a silly, hopeful grin.

Sam steps back forward slowly, holding up his hands in what he hopes will be interpreted as friendly. "Howdy? I'd offer some cookies but I have no idea if they'd be harmful for you."

And then there's a puff of dust in the place where there'd previously been several hundred pounds of calot.
Less than ten seconds passes and he's back. He looks over his shoulder to the dark-haired woman who seems to be making her way towards the bar, and then he goes back to looking at Sam with a decidely goofy grin.
"Woola, what is it you want? Oh hello. I'm sorry, is he bothering you?" Dejah gives Sam an apologetic smile.

Admittedly, Sherral's not sure what kind of military organisation would have their scouts sell biscuits, but he's from a nation that has their soldiers start fairly young - the idea of an all-girl group of scouts isn't too strange to him.
no subject
"No, just an organization to teach girls skills and give them chances to do things they might not get to do normally. It's sort of like a club."

Even if his outfit is a little different than what he's worn on television. (Dark loose tunic of soft charcoal grey fabric that looks like wool but probably isn't, shot through with a subtle glitter. There's no visible armor except his vambraces, but Mjölnir rests lightly in one hand.)
"These are cookies meant to fortify scouts?" He's interested; also, a little amused. "May men partake of them as well?"
Thor aims to be culturally sensitive! He doesn't always manage, but he tries!

hospital gownsack and his majesty would likely shine through. Sam does pause when we spots the Asgardian approach, which is good as it gives him time to collect himself. This won't go like meeting Steve for the first time."Of course. They are actually sold by the Girl Scouts and meant for all," Sam replies and kicks himself for allowing some of Thor's grandiose speech to sneak in.

"Free milk and cookies?" she queries, eyebrows raised and with a faint smile showing.
She is just making sure. It sounds almost too good to be true.

As he goes up the counter, he's rubbing where his mustache should be and looking slightly flushed, "What kind of cookie does a
Girl Scout make, sir?"

He adds the last due to the man's accent.
