Cassian enjoys planets with long summers or no winters most of the time, but he's been spending too long on one where the heat feels like its pushing down on him. When he opens a door and finds Milliways, which he hasn't seen in a little while, he smiles. At the counter, Bar gives him a bathing suit and a towel.

Quickly he changes and heads out to the beach along with a bag of food from Bar. He stays in the water for a while, swimming back and forth, exploring deeper and going back to the beach. Then he lays out on the towel to eat and rest until the sun starts to go down. Only after sunset does he head inside and upstairs to change before ending up on one of the couches with a datapad and watching a sports game on the television.

"We could totally do that," Barry agrees.

On Cassian's question, Barry pulls himself straight and switches to treading water in place.

"Yeah, it's fine."

"Okay, but remember wingmen also have to step in if and when I tick some chick off and she sicks her gargantuan boyfriend on me," Cisco says, pointing at the two of them in warning.

"Of course, that's what pilots do. You watch each other's backs,"

And it carries out into the world, its why the word wingman makes sense though Cassian doesn't have that much practice being one.

"Of course," Barry agrees, "But... let's do our best not to hit on anyone who already has a boyfriend, okay?"

Because Barry has no desire to be in a bar fight. Especially a bar fight in a galaxy where ending fights by lopping off somebody's hand with a lightsaber, or shooting first, is totally okay.

"Totally never my aim, just my luck," Cisco says, holding his hands up in innocence.

"Its happened before?" Is this something that Cisco's used to dealing with?

"Hey, I'm not the only guy in the world who's ever done it," Cisco says off of Cassian's surprise.

"It's not my fault if some girl's boyfriend would rather hang out across the bar watching the football game then finally show up right when I finally work up the guts to talk to her."

"It happens," Barry acknowledges. "The dating game totally isn't easy."

As may be evidenced by the fact that none of them currently has a relationship going right now.

Cassian shrugs while dunking himself again before coming up closer to Cisco to pat him on the shoulder, "No, its not."

"I appreciate the commiseration and support," Cisco says to the two, "but this is starting to sound like an intervention. How about we hop off the subject of 'Cisco's sad love life' and get a new one. Or better yet, get some drinks for this beach bumming. Barry?"

"Me? I'm all wet here. Besides, Cassian said Bar gave him food and stuff, right?" Barry gives Cassian a questioning and hopeful look.

"Yes, on the beach. I'll find out what's in it," He swims over to the beach and opens up the container from Bar, "There's beer, sandwiches, some kind of ice cream, water and other food in here. She must have known you were out here too."

Cisco shakes his head at Barry, admonishing, "Man, you're so lazy."

Wiggling in the inner tube making tiny waves, Cisco points to shore, "Now take me to the beach so I can get in on that snacktion."

Barry gives Cisco a sidelong look, then flips the inner tube over, laughing.

Mere moments later he's on the shore beside Cassian, toweling off and looking things over.

"Looks great," he notes as he flops down in the sand beneath the umbrella.

The porg opens its eyes, peering out from its nest as it's joined in the shade.

"There's even a bowl of fish in here for the porg,"

Cassian laughs as he sits down, he's always surprised how much Bar thinks of.

After being upended yet again, it takes Cisco a minute to sort himself out and get back to shore. Leaving the tube by the water, Cisco grabs his towel and joins Cassian and Barry in the shade.

"Thanks a lot, Barry, now I got water in my ear," he says, tilting his head sideways and clapping his palm against his other ear, trying to tamp the water out.

When Cassian mentions 'fish' the porg starts to squawk. Loudly.

"Whoop, you said the magic word, Cassian. Now you get to give him some."

Barry helps himself to a sandwich and a beer. And a bag of chips. Oh, and there's potato salad. And string cheese. And pickle spears.

Resting back on one palm with his long legs stretched out in front of him and all the food things picked out for himself resting beside his hip, Barry munches the sandwich.

"Seriously gotta love a beach day," he comments, smiling as he watches the waves wash up and break on the shore.

"I will, I will," He opens the bowl of fish and sets it in front of the porg. Then picks up some string cheese as he's never seen it before, "What's this?"

Cisco grabs his own sandwich, then shakes his head at Cassian. "He can't feed himself yet."

In its nest in the basket, the porg chick bounces up and down screeching.

"String cheese," Barry answers after looking over. "Check it."

Setting down his sandwich, Barry picks up his own cheese stick and opens it, then shows Cassian how to peel some of it off.

"It's good."

Cassian shakes his head as that's clever and odd then picks up a sandwich and other food before settling down to eat. Though he does feed the porg a few fish first, "Interesting idea."

"Yeah, sometimes on Earth food isn't just good to eat, it needs to be entertaining, as well," Barry says with a chuckle.

The porg scarfs down the fish. When it squawks for more Cisco takes over feeding it.

"Next time you're looking for something sweet ask Bar for Pop Rocks," Cisco suggests with a slightly devious chuckle.

"Why are they called pop rocks?" He doesn't see why anyone would want to eat food that looks like rocks.

"Nope!" Cisco pipes in quickly before Barry has a chance to answer Cassian. "Nope, not gonna tell you. It'll be a surprise."
