Creed stomps in from the back door, shoving snow off his shoulder. He makes a beeline for the bar and orders a beer. A really big one. Afterward, he randomly picks a chair and sits down in a huff.

"Maybe they should've tried harder before they decided to give you a new job," he says. "But I guess you're lucky they didn't."

"Certain positions? They don't give a shit who you are so long as you can do the job well."

He's at least certain of that. The campaigns against the Dark Masters and the Emperor weren't always nice or easy, but he kept the Chosen's forces in line.
"That's a failing on their part, then. They should've worried more about who you were."
