OOM: The morning after this:

During his first morning as a free man, Bucky speaks with Steve, makes an important call, and does his best to express his gratitude to T'Challa before heading to the lab for a consultation. And then...

"Did you mean what you said last night? About wanting to find a place for a drink, or to go dancing."

 

Featuring NPC versions of: King T'Challa, Princess Shuri, Okoye, Natasha Romanoff, and Steve Rogers (written prior to Steve's return to the bar).

The first figure to step through the door and into the Bar proper is a familiar one – tall, a little scruffy, shaggy brown hair, neatly pinned sleeve where his left arm would be – though the lightness in his eyes and in the way he carries himself is something new.

So is the woman whose hand he holds as he guides her through the door. She's tall and slim, dressed casually in light pants and a white tank top, and the look on her face is one of such comical surprise it's nearly dismay.

"Holy shit," says Sharon Carter. "You were not kidding."

OOC: After months of OOMs leading up to this point, here we are as Bucky and Sharon enter the bar together! Two pups, two muns, two wildly different timezones. Ask for either one or both. "It's still nice to look at the stars, even when you have a photo of them already," she says, smiling at Bucky.

"That seems like a good attitude to take."

While they've talked, Bar has provided a small tray with a mug and a teapot.

As he takes it, Elrond says, "As for stars, the view from the inlet is particularly good for star gazing."

A gentle suggestion?

“… I forgot to explain the difference between the inlet and the lake,” he realizes.

Sharon frowns, bemused.

"There's a difference?"

"There is indeed much to explore here," Elrond says with a smile and then he says to Sharon, "And the inlet truly is beautiful this time of year. And not a bad place to take ones dinner."

If one would enjoy some time with someone special. Talking and watching the stars.

He bows his head and says, "I will return to my studies. It truly was good seeing you again, Bucky Barnes. Sharon Carter."

She gets something closer to a bow, which is easy enough to manage with a tray if one has practice.

"Thank you," she says, and smiles a little at the bow before she nods in return.

"It was nice meeting you, too. Thanks for the suggestion."
