*Aziraphael grins and, revelling in the opportunity, reaches over to squeeze his hand*

*she flushes slightly*

This is going to sound terribly silly, and Crowley would no doubt laugh. I think it's one of the side products of being an angel but I do know. Love, I mean. I know it when I see it.

*His cheeks are perhaps a little pink, too, and he laughs ruefully.*

I'm an angel. I'm not male or female, I'm just me. The form we're assigned makes no difference whatsoever to who we are; I just happened to decide, a long time ago, that I'd be able to get far more done if I were male. And it's become rather comfortable, over the years.
