Ace wanders back inside, looking rather sober for this hour of the morning, and trailing a thick blanket. The blanket she gives back to Bar, in return for a large mug of cocoa, and retreats to the warmth of the fireside. Mmmmm, cocoa.

*Theres a Tim, mournfully descending the stairs.*

Ace notices these kinds of things. Well, when you live in a galaxy where Daleks have learned how to conquer stairs, you keep an eye on them. She shoots Tim a shy sort of wave.

*Tim stares at the waving, and mopes over to her, settling down at her feet, his head in her lap.*

Morning.

"Hey... what's wrong? M'sorry I didn't come up last night..." She frowns worridly at him as she runs her hands through his hair.

*He nods, head still in her lap.*

Missed you coming up to bed.

"Sorry. Had to think, a bit. Very hard to do that around you, you know. You're very distracting." She flashes him a fond grin, keeping up the petting.

*he gives her a sad smile.*

"Hey... you got sommat else on your mind?" Back to the worried frown. "You know I do stuff like that, nothing new..."

*He shakes his head.*

Just... happy you're okay.

Ace gives him a narrow sort of look.
"Yeah... you look so very happy..." Drip drip drip goes the sarcasm. But she's still petting him, so it can't be all bad.

*He shrugs*

I get sad when you're not happy.

"I'm alright, really. Just thinking." Maybe more than just thinking, but she doesn't feel like sharing.

Thinking bout what love?

*He cares.*

"You. Me. You and me. This place. The Doctor. Lots of stuff." She shrugs.

*Tim isghs.*

Y'know, if you ever need to talk about anything, you can come see me.

"Don't feel like talking yet, but ta anyway." She gives him a sly grin. "But I am a bit disappointed I naver got a chance to get you out of that suit."

*He perks up a bit*

Thats okay. I'll just have to take you to paris for dinner.

"Paris? Wicked. They have good desserts there." Spoken like a true tweenager. "Guess that means I need to get the dress back from Bar again."

Or another one. Or even a paper sack, cause you could make even that look sexy......

*oooh, silver tongue Tim.*

"Flatterer. Of course, that only makes me your equal, right?" She raises an eyebrow at him.

Equal? No....

*Careful Tim.*

One could not compare a lowly boy like me to you.....

Ace snorts.
"Sorry, can't pull that one on me. There's no boy about it."

*Tim blushes and buries his head in her lap.*

Ace snickers cheerfully and pets his hair.

*And the hair changes under her touch as she pets, turning a bright red as Tim pouts in a different body.*
