Liam comes into the bar with Megan. They immediately see Claire and Seth by the fire and head over to join them, Megan all but dragging Liam along in her enthusiasm.

*Penny hasn't seen hin a while so she waves at Liam cause he looks busy*

He waves back, managing to get Megan to stop in her dash for the fire for a minute.

"Hey, Penny."

Looks like you have your hands full, but I figured I'd say Hey.

*Penny smiles*

He grins back. "She wants to see her cousin. How're you?"

Well, family is important, especially when it's a really cute baby. I'm doing pretty good. Things have been up and down for awhile, but they are finally settling down. Of course, me pointing out that thing are getting better is only gonna jinx it but oh well.

*she shrugs*

How are you?

"Pretty good", he says with a grin, as Megan comes back and attaches herself to his leg.

Good, cause it looks like you're doing good.

*Penny grins at Megan*

Hello.

Megan looks up at Liam, then waves shyly.

"Hi."

I'm Penny.

*Penny also looks at Liam cause she does not wanna scare Megan cause that would be bad.*

"I Megan."

Well, it's very nice to meet you, Megan.

*Penny smiles*

She smiles back.

"You too!"

So, you're Seth's big girl cousin, huh? Do you help take care of him then?

She nods earnestly, temporarily distracted from the baby.

"Sethie."

Good for you. He's gonna need a big girl to look up to. He sure is cute, isn't he?

How old are you, Megan?

"Two!"

Wow, well, you are a big girl then.

My birthday's tomorrow and I'm gonna be Old.

*Penny giggles*

Liam gives her a look, ruffling Megan's hair.

"Oh, ssh, Penny. You're younger than me by years."

*Penny laughs*
I know, I was just joking. I know I'm young. Having an immortal for a fiance is a constant reminder of just how young I am, believe me.

He looks at her curiously. "I'd guess... nineteen?"

Yep, 19, tomorrow. Nice guess.

"28 next month. What're you doing for yours?"

28, that sounds about right.

I have no clue. I don't really need a big celebration.

He grins. "Bet your god's got something up his sleeve."

Very possible, then again he missed Christmas and Valentine's day so missing my birthday would be just about right. Of course, if he misses my birthday, I won't be speaking to him for a while. So, it would be in his best interest to do something.

*she grins*

"You have told him it's your birthday, right?"

Yeah, I mean he knows when my birthday is. I am sure I have mentioned it.

Liam grins. "Might want to find a way to drop a gentle hint tonight, if he's here. Just in case."

*she nods*

Yeah, I planned to, if he is here. We've only been together for 6 months or something so he's allowed toforget my birthday but I'd rather he didn't.

"I think that's understandable."
