"Umm, not so much. In our world, they are big metal things that carry people from place to place. Ours was pretty much entirely destroyed. It's a miracle we survived. A lot of people survived."
Well, up in the north are the Alorn nations: Cherek, Drasnia and the Isle of the Winds, or Riva. Chereks are large, bulky men, Drasnians smaller, and Rivans largely like me: tall, but a bit leaner. Cherek is very cold with lots of forests, while Drasnia is mostly marshland. Riva is, as I said, rocks and sheep. Then there's Sendaria, which has all sorts of folks and mostly consists of farmland. Beyond that is the other Alorn nation: Algaria, which is largely plains and populated by the swift Algars, who deal mostly with horses. Down to the south are Arendia, Nyissa, and Tolnedra. Arends are passionate and often foolhardy, Nyissans mostly concerned with their own pleasures and drugs, and Tolnedrans who concentrate on money for the most part. There's also Maragor, but all the Marags are dead and their land a haunted wasteland of death and madness. There's the Vale of Aldur where the towers of the sorcerers sit, and then there are the Angarak kingdoms.
It's not something I'm particularly happy about or proud of. It was something I had to do. Either that or he was going to kill me and marry my Aunt Pol against her will. And I had to do it to fix the course of the events.

Well...okay. But why would you travel in a big metal thing. Or...does your world not have magic?

I'm not talking about the Angarak kingdoms except to say that I hope I never have to go back.

*he sighs*
Considering I killed their god and they've tried for years to kill me, I think I have a right to not exactly enjoy my time there.
