Hagrid's come into the bar for a bite to eat, and a cold tankard of beer. He's in a cheerful mood today, as usual.


And still looking for people to try out his pumpkin boats out on the lake. Any takers?

"He reckoned she was miniture rather than young, because she's pink and not grey. He talked to her and persuaded her not to keep dunking me, because I'm not good at swimming in clothes. Have you ever seen anything like her before?"

"Can't say as I have," Hagrid says, picking up Mitzi gently, yet unceremoniously, in to fingers and turning her upside down and side ways and such to get a look at her from all angles.

When he sets her down again, her feather my be a but ruffled.

"There's lots o' magical birds, but other than a Phoenix and owls, most don't understand, or don' pay attention ter wizards. None o' 'em control water like that, either. Sorry I can't be more useful than that."

Mitzi shakes herself, trying to get her feathers the right way up, and gives Hagrid a look questioning what exactly he expected to find by turning her upside down.

"Well thanks for your help. I'll let you know if she does anything interesting. I've got to go, see you later."
