Kon is sitting at a booth, blasting music through his headphones and in general just ignoring everything around him. His excuse for ignoring things is the notebook in front of him, though you'd think he'd be actually writing something rather than staring at a blank page. For at least ten minutes.
Hmm.
Hmm.

He touched the spot that Kon had left a hickey, shaking his head a little. But there was a faint smile on his face, though.
"Now I'm going to have to wear a turtleneck," he said in an amused fashion.
no subject
"Don't -have- to." Like Tim was really the type to leave that uncovered.
no subject
"I don't think I want to explain to Alfred exactly why I have a hickey on my neck, Kon." Still bemused, the smaller boy was.
no subject
"Who's that?" The name didn't sound very imposing.
no subject
"A very powerful man. And the man who provides my living necessities, so I don't want him getting suspicious." Because Alfred's cookies!
no subject
"One would think he'd be happy that you are engaging in healthy activities."
no subject
Tim gave Kon a Look.
"He works for Batman."
no subject
"...ooh. Who would not be happy at all." And Kon is rather frightened at the idea of Batman finding out, really.
no subject
There was a serious expression on Tim's face for a few more moments before he broke down into a snickering fit. Like Alfred would ever really tell Bruce! He had more tact than that.
no subject
"...you were joking, weren't you?" Kon eyes him warily. He's not sure how to take the sudden change at all.
no subject
"Not entirely. Alfred would notice, but I doubt he'd tell Batman." Because really, Alfred knew they needed private lives.
He was still grinning, by the way.
no subject
"That's... good." Kon probably looks more relieved than he means to. But, really. -Batman-. Gah.
no subject
Chuckling, he leaned into the other boy. Tim knew that right now, the last thing on Bruce's mind was his relationship with someone else. There were too many other things going on in their lives right now.
He kissed Kon's cheek lightly.
no subject
Kon has to smile at that kiss, but then puts a mock disapproving look on his face. "You know, one day I'm going to really believe you when you say stuff like that, and I'll die of shock or something."
no subject
That probably wasn't the best thing for Kon to say. Because even if he had been acting fairly normal these days, "normal" was a relative word when it came to a Bat. Tim was still sensitive to the subject of death.
But he tried not to let it show as he kissed Kon behind the ear once again.

...and Kon realizes way too late how hadn't exactly said something good. Damn. He almost babbles to cover it, but that'd make it even worse.
"Or just, you know, have to pout at you a lot for messing with my mind," He tries to amend with instead.
no subject
"Like a Superpout? Is that a new ability of yours?" He asked, still not showing any signs that what Kon had said bothered him. He was good at that. And he really didn't want to drag their air down.
no subject
"It... could be." Kon pretends to be thinking this over. "I could try it out on you and see."
no subject
"But I have immunity. Bat, remember?" Because Bats had stuff to counteract the Superfamily's abilities. Because they were Bats.
And not because they were sleeping with each other. Nope.no subject
"Even a bat can fall to a well presented pout," Kon says, and pouts at him to see if he can prove it.
no subject
Tim looked unaffected by it. Because really, there was nothing to give into. Nope. And if he gave into a pout everytime, he wouldn't be able to be around Dick.
no subject
"Oh, damn," Kon frowns. "I guess it's just the puppy look that gets you."
no subject
"What puppy look? There is no puppy look." Shifty eyes. Denial!
no subject
"There is, too." Kon snickers. "Want me to show you?"
no subject
"No demonstration needed. Because there is none!" Tim buried his face in Kon's shirt, so that he didn't have to look at Kon.
