Ramon inna bar. This particular Servant of Evil cartel boss/terrorist isn't in a great mood, due to the fact that it's a certain someone's birthday and he feels like he wants to be really nice to them.

No, the irony is not lost on him. He'll probably end up being horrible to the person because of it, but in the meantime he's in the bar and drinking.

Oh and if your name is Lee Castle, approaching is not advisable. He'll be finding you later anyway...
