"Well, he didn't mean to be," Dinah says, defensively. "It was that horrible Electra stirring up trouble. It's all right, now."

"Are you sure?" Steph says, eyeing her anxiously. "Guys who're mean ... they're not worth the trouble. I mean, Jason might be kinda evil, but he's really really nice to me."

"Oh he's nice now," Dinah insists. "Just that one thing, is all. It was all the electric train stirring up trouble. Even Pearl was acting funny."

"Oh. Okay. As long as he's nice now. I'll totally go beat him up for you if he's mean to you again, though. ...Who's Pearl?"

"She's my best friend," Dinah says. "At the time she was racing with Electra, but then when he got my boy all riled up, Greaseball told her to leave him."

"It was when she finally admitted what the rest of us knew all along and started racing with Rusty," Dinah says matter of factly.

"I love that girl, but she was a bit stupid about love."
