Sarah laughed as well, shaking her head, "I get that a lot though anyway. At least, back home." A pause, "Well, and around here really." A shrug, "At least with the puzzled face I know enough to ask 'did that make any sense at all?'"
She smiled brightly at that, waffles almost finished, "I'm a superhero. Sort of."
She swiped her fingers against the outside of the orange juice glass, collecting the condensation and forming it into a miniature stormcloud that drifted off across the bar, sparking static.
She arched a brow slightly at that, and then, deciding that it probably didn't mean what she thought it meant, nodded, "I'll be sure and keep an eye out for him then."
She smiled, finishing off the last few bites, nodding towards the probably not!sulking man in the booth, "If I could get another plate of waffles with no syrup?"
