He's left Triumph sleeping upstairs, and is downstairs.

At the piano.

With a half eaten sandwich on top.

Bar has taken to refusing his Vicodin until he eats, instead of giving it to him *with* dinner.

He's not happy about that.

He has to finish the sandwich befor ehe can get the pill. He's really not happy about that.

She can't bring herself to let go. She kisses him back, probably bit more insistant than his, but still a soft kiss. "Okay, ignore me. Eat your sandwich, grow big and strong. You have two girls demanding your attention now. You need your strength."

House gives her a 'don't tell me what to o' look, but the effect is ruined when his mouth twitches into a smile. He reaches for the sandwich and takes a bite.

She smiles back at him ignoring 'the look' , It's hard to not laugh when he reaches for the sandwich. She snuggles closer against is back and rests her chin on his shoulder.

He takes another bite, before putting the sandwich back on the plate. He flexes his fingers, after wiping them on his napkin.

"Any requests?" he taps a series of keyys, a quick melody.

She thinks for a second.

"Nope, if you wanna play, I'll listen. I'm pretty easy to please."

House raised an eyebrow, then smiled and turned to set his hands over the keys. A bittersweet melody ensues.

She just blinks innocently She totally ruins the innocent act by kissing at his neck as he plays.

He leans toward her, into her, but doen't miss the beat. At least not until he's ready to stop playing and slide his arrms around her.

"We should...go upstairs and...check on Triumph."

She laughs slightly at the whole thing. "Yeah, we should check on Triumph." she grins

"Yeah. Just...give me a second." He picks up the sandwich again, takes a nother bite, then picks up the plate and carries it over to the bar. He's eaten all but one or two bites, when Bar gives him his Vicodin and a glass of water.

He swallows the pill, then turns to Allison. "Let's go check on our baby."

She gets up and walks to him. "Okay,"

He slides his left arm around her waist, which is awkward for him walking with the cane, but he can manage it a few steps, until they get to the stairs. Which he still loathes.
