Kim's in the bar with Angela. They both finished their meals and now they're people watching. Angie has a coloring book and is marking it with crayons. She doesn't get close to staying in the lines but she's smiling and having fun.

She turns to look at Angie and smiles at her before grabbing a napkin and cleaning off her face. "You're a mess," she says in a light tone, laughing a little. It's still surreal to be taking care of a child.

She also is looking out for a certain latin terrorist. But his boyfriend said he wasn't going to hurt Angie and something about Nita...

Angie giggles and returns to her coloring.

". . .Oh. Um."

She looks down, embarrassed, and says quietly, "I did a favor for Salazar, so he promised he wouldn't hurt Angela."

"What kind of favor?" Kim turns to look at her, suddenly worried.

"Jasin put a mark on him" -- she touches her right shoulder -- "here. He asked me to take it off." Well, harrassed me until I agreed to.

She looks a little confused, "A mark?"

"An illusion, bound to his skin. I took it off."

"I don't understand."

She shrugs. "Salazar was pretty insistent on getting the mark off, and I agreed to do it, in exchange for his word that he wouldn't touch Angela."

"Why...I mean why was the mark, what was it?"

"Oh -- the Dragon's Fang." She reaches over and borrows one of Angela's crayons and a corner of her coloring book, and draws an upside-down teardrop shape. "It's an accusation of evil. People used to put it on doors."

Kim looks down at the mark, "Why did you remove it?"

She looks over at Angela and doesn't say anything.

Kim hugs her again. "Nita...could you have been hurt?"

She shakes her head. "No, 'course not. It was just a wizardry."

"Did...I mean, if Jasin wasn't a part...could you have done it?"

"I think so, yeah."

"What do you mean by an illusion?"

"It was a weave of an image, bound to his skin -- it looked like it was a birthmark, though."

She nods, "I don't like that you helped him but I...it means a lot to me that you care that much about Angie."

She quirks half a smile. "Well, you know. . . that's what family does."

"Yeah," she whispers and hugs her again.

"So what've you been up to?"

"Not much. Just spending time with Angela and Chase. Oh, did you see the note from Tony?"

"About him and Michelle?" She smiles. "Yeah. Good for them."

"They're probably still going to have a ceremony here, though."

"I can see why they would want two. Who knows if a ceremony here is legal out there."
