Naraht is in the bar. He's over at a table playing with a holo-reader. What is being displayed might seem totally incomprehensible to some people. To others, it looks like plans for a matter/energy transporter. Naraht is looking into cost and maintainance issues before asking about possibly getting a transporter to the upper floors installed.

Feel free to interrupt him, though.

He gently strokes hir shellskin.

"I believe in endless dreams and endless possibilities. Never say never Naraht. Never say never."

"Well, perhaps never is too strong a word to use," Naraht agrees. "But sometimes to experience a joy after its time has passed has a high price."

A bit of fringe wraps around his hand. "But even if one can't have a particular joy, it doesn't mean that one has no joy."

"Very true my hatchmate, very true."

And Hank hugs Naraht, very likely surprising hir by the way hir leaves the ground just barely, then settles back again gently.

He gently tugs on the fringe.

"You give good joy, fair hatchmate."

When a being that weighs about half a ton is suddenly lifted...yeah, it's suprising. But Naraht quickly swallows that suprise.

"Thank you, Hank," hir says quietly.
