[OOM: Upstairs in Zekk's room, Jaina goes to tell him she's leaving Milliways and the two realize that even with the mindmeld gone, they're still connected.]

There was a door there on the wall some minutes earlier and now, when Jaina rushes back downstairs after talking to Zekk, it's still there. It's there and this means she and Jag can leave and finally go home.

Which explains the big smile on her face and the impatient foot tapping as she waits by the bar for her husband to come downstairs with their belongings.

"You should. And if you don't try one before you visit, I'll make sure to take you someplace where you can eat one."

Aeryn peered around.

"Where's Jag? Or are you leaving him?" The corner of her mouth, upturned, admitted the joke.

"I'm leaving with him," Jaina retorts, failing to find humor in the joke. "He's finishing packing. Should be down any second."

"Good. Safer with two of you."

She is not! Neither. 'sides, Yoda was a midget and we all know how much ass he could kick.

Jaina does not equal Yoda. Though they are perhaps just as short as one another.

"It's a big bad galaxy out there." Aeryn gesture vaguely at the door, embarrassed.

Jaina is a Skywalker though. They kick just as much ass.

"It's a galaxy I've been alone in the past few years of my life." But she chuckles and grins at Aeryn. "If you're worried, don't be. Jag'll take care of me."

And she'll take care of him. Just like it should be.

A pitiful denial, even for her.

"Just. Don't go looking for trouble, Jaina."

Jaina smirks slightly and shrugs. "Trouble usually goes looking for me. But I won't. I promised Jag."

"Good." Aeryn gave her a stern look, probably reminiscent of some old teacher.

"Take care." A momentary clasp of her shoulder and Aeryn returned to her shadowy booth to drink mope.
