Creedy is out back, enjoying the cool fall breeze, the soon-to-be-gone green of the grass and the waving of the trees. A black cat has curled up near his feet, though there's no telling whose she is as her master isn't about and doesn't seem to be outside. He doesn't mind much, though. The cat gets scritched every so often in between bites of breakfast and he'll be happy for an interruption.

Cooper is inside at the bar having a drink. Of tea. And a good cold breakfast. He's not really the talkative type, but you're welcome to try.

Matt is in one of the booths, still working on a letter. He can't seem to get the wording quite right, or fit his meaning to a single page and it's driving him a little up the wall. For a man who used words so powerfully, he's beginning to wonder if this IS hell if only for the writer's block.

"I suppose," Annie concedes, "that it was probably a mistake to leave someone whose title in his home country is 'master bard' alone with a machine that might conceivably start playing the Spice Girls at him."

"It wasn't my idea," Annie protests. "I thought the sampler machines in the classical music section only played actual classical music. I even started him on Bach!"

He nods and shrugs his shoulders.

"Did you try Grieg after?"

"That and all the opera I could get my hands on- he's fond of opera," Annie notes, "but the damage'd already been done. I'm almost sure I saw something by the Sex Pistols on the display before I got to him.

He winces again.

"I need a pint or two in me before that's 'music'," he admits. "Mozart? Laudate Dominum or something?"

"That and some Orff," Annie says. "He looked like he could use some therapeutic wrath, and it's not as if I"ve got to translate the Latin."

"That'll do it," he agrees. "Though there's always Wagner too. Can't go wrong with Wagner."

"First thing on the stack, really," Annie admits. "I'm honestly not that good with opera, but I recognised the name if nothing else."

He chuckles quietly and takes a sip of his tea.

"Yeah, well, if you need more, just ask. Got a stack at home."

...yes, Cooper likes classical music. The fact that he tends to let the S'Ride of the Valkyries' run in the back of his head when he's in a life or death situation is not something that will ever be shared, however.
