One gloved hand rests on the window, as Axel looks out, gazing impassively at The End.
It's rather unusual for him to be doing it, but it's raining outside, and that's spoiled his plans for the evening. So instead of sulking by the fire, he's staring out into the violent, explosive vacuum.
He wonders if it's cold out there, or hot.

You know. No sunlight. To keep her warm.

"Yeah, I can do without the rain." He pauses for a moment, considering, and then gives himself a mental shrug.
"Hey, you said you're hungry. I'll get you something, if you wanna tell me about England."
And that way he can observe more; there's something that's just... off about her, right now.

"What brownies?"
no subject
Very.
It doesn't really fit her.
"They were on a table..."

He gives her a long look.
"Please tell me you know better than to take random free food in this place."
no subject
AKA: NO. SHE DID NOT KNOW BETTER.

"And you could've gone to the bar and ordered normal food," he points out.
((ooc: D'you have AIM? If so, ping me at Azremodehar?))

(SHE CAN'T HELP IT, IT'S SO FUNNY...EVERYTHING IS)
And she doesn't really...stop either. What was the question again?

He considers her for another moment before fishing into his pocket, and pulling out a little vial of some clear liquid. It has an opalescent shimmer in the light.
"Here, drink this," he says, handing it over to her.
Whatever her probloem is, a Remedy should do the trick.

Now she gets it.
But she takes the vial anyway and drinks it.
no subject
He watches her carefully; it should restore her to her normal self, without any ill side-effects.

She stops and blinks. "I hate this place," she sighs, facepalming.

Must be the light.
"Yeah."

He slides onto a stool at the bar.
"Go ahead and order whatever you like. On me."

It's a long moment before she figures out what she wants to eat. "Fish and chips," she murmurs.
Something that she does miss from England. She doesn't miss much of it though.

He snorts.

She controls every little thing in her life. She's just been a little off since England. Since that last conversation with Zuko. Of course, no one will know that.
