It's not so much a long night for Father Christmas. More like a long month, once you've gone back in time enough times to get around all the houses during the night.

And that's if he sticks to the schedule and the weather is good. Which tonight, it isn't, so his visit to Milliways is just brief.

He's checked the presents since the scare with Enzo's, and they all look innocuous enough to him.

After a moment, he smiles and tells Bar to give his thanks to 'whoever left it', before heading back to the House.

Ichabod and Katrina are in the bar, with a table laden with the contents of Sunshine's gift basket - for sharing, as they're nice people and don't want it to go to waste.

Ichabod is staring, in some confusion, at the wobbly ghost toy Bar has presented him with.

[OOMs: In the world of the story, the Knight serves as a reluctant escort to Princess Tutu, learns some of what she's done through a talk with Prince Siegfried, and confronts Tutu about the matter.]

It was after the Knight's latest conversation with the Princess that he realized he missed commemorating the anniversaries. The first anniversaries and he skipped them completely. The weight that should have been on his heart to remind him wasn't there.

It's unthinkable.

Lohengrin stalks in and heads straight for the back door. Outside and undeterred by the cold, he sets up a target and lets arrow after arrow fly until it resembles a porcupine. Once the target can't take such punishment anymore, he sets up another and repeats the process.

He'll exhaust himself at some point. You should probably wait until then if you intend to talk to him.

The door opens, and a disheveled blonde man walks through, running a hand through his hair.

He pauses right inside the door which shuts behind him. "What in the hell? I didn't have that much of Collins' pot..." He catches a glimpse of the observation window, and his jaw drops open. Staring for a moment, he reaches to his side and swears. "Fuck, my camera's back at Angel's."

You'll have to excuse the boy, Milliways. He's a bit gobsmacked at what he found in Angel's apartment.

".... really? Already?" Ellen shakes her head ruefully as the Life Support sign catches her eye. "Man, it'll be great if my calendar ever catches up with this place again..."

She probably owes people presents. And she's not sure if she ought to be marking the holiday with an observance here; there's... not really a whole lot of people here she can think of off the top of her head who would be likely to attend, so far as she knows. On the other hand, she has got what she promised the trolls, so when Kanaya or Nepeta or Karkat next approaches the bar they'll find six radscorpion venom glands waiting for them. So... there's that.

Might as well see if there's anybody else here she knows today, or anybody else who's looking new and off their pace.
