"Madame Bar?" Feuilly clears his throat and bends over the wooden surface, face going pink. Bahorel may have been joking about this. "Madame Bar, I would like to tend Happy Hour." Does he know what a Happy Hour is? Only vaguely! Has he been here a full 24 hours? Just barely! But by God, Feuilly is determined to meet people from other worlds.

He's relieved when a message on a paper napkin appears. It seems to be assent from the Bar? At any rate, it says Suggested Special: Cosmopolitan and gives a recipe.

So Special: Cosmopolitan goes up on the chalkboard, and he starts finding bottles. Vodka? That's Russian, isn't it? And...cranberry juice...triple sec...?

" -- know I didn't want this. Arl of Amaranthine? I'm going to be terrible at it! How could you do this? Why would you do this?"

A pause, as Ysalwen looks over her shoulder, door to Milliways held half-open with one hand.

Liranan whines.

" -- fine. I had it coming, considering. But you can at least let me complain about it, both in person and in letters. I suppose I'll let you do the same. On occasion."

When one makes one's friend into the King of Ferelden, it's really difficult to object to being made a noble in return. Fair's fair, after all, and everyone may as well be stressed and miserable together.

Or something.

At least Ysalwen can escape into Milliways, and does, Liranan bounding along behind her.

When she sits at a corner table, he'll jump up to lick her face before settling down under her chair.

A waitrat will be along any minute. She could really use a drink.

A new notice has gone up on the notice board.

'Are you a young person or young person at heart?

Interested in doing fun activities and learning new skills?

Need a break from your home world? Bored of being bound?

We will be starting a Scout group next week with activities aimed mostly at 13-19 year olds (though older and younger are both welcome - under 11s must be supervised by an adult).

If you decide to become a Scout, you get a free hoodie and are able to earn and create merit badges. If you don't want to officially join you are still very much welcome.

[MilliScouts is a not-religious not-military spoof of various Scout organisations and an offshoot of Life Support. Talking about your problems is entirely non-compulsory]
'

Fortunately for Bonnie, selling the car she'd been working on to Jay, for his most generous offer, has provided a bit of extra money to help start up this venture. So at present she is busy with a box of black and dark blue hoodies in various sizes, on which she is diligently sewing the badge with the Milliscouts logo on.

[ooc: Please see this back room post for further details. Non-predatory pups of all ages welcome. Activities start next Thursday. If anyone wants to make a badge, the Badge Book is also up :)]
