"Can do, babe," he replies, offering her a hand. Yeah, her hand is like, way bigger than his, but it's the principle.

She sets her pinky on his palm, with an amused smile, and tilts her head.

"Hang on," he advises.

And then they're somewhere else, somewhere warm, with white sand, and blue sea, under a bright sun, in a sky as blue as the sea.

"Oh..." Hel turns her face up to the sun. "Thank you."

The warmth works on her quickly, as quickly as cold, restoring some semblance of motion to her dead side.

"Any time, babe," he says with a grin.

Hel smiles a bit, and turns to face him, "I haven't been this warm in aeons."

"Should've said something sooner, babe," he says "I can totally take you anywhere in the Universe."

"I am unaccustomed to complaining." Hel points out softly, "It has been a very, very long time since anyone cared."

Random and Ramon, yes, but neither comes here anymore.

"It's not really complaining, babe. Just... You know, like. Wanting a change, or something."

He pauses.

"Ever gone surfing?"

"I have not." Hel says with amusement, "I have read about it, however."

"Wanna give it a shot?" he asks.

"How would I manage that?" Hel asks quietly.

"Dunno. We could try and figure something out though," he replies.

"If you come up with something, I will try." Hel states.

"...Right. Let's just hang for now; I'll totally tell you when I figure something out, kay?"

When, not if. He is totally up for this.

Need a bigger beach, to start, with bigger waves, and bigger trees...

Hel nods and looks up at the sun again. It's just warm. She's not really thinking past that at the moment.

"California," he says eventually. "They've got like, these huge trees there. Could totally make you a board big enough."

"I do not know how to craft a surfboard." Hel isn't arguing, just pointing it out.

"Yeah, but I do," he "It'll take a while, but like, it'll be totally bad ass."

"I have time."

She has all the time in time.

"Then let's go check out the California beaches and the California redwoods, babe," he says, offering his hand again. "You're totally hot enough for it."

"...Pardon?"

"Tall, blonde, babe," he says, ticking them off on his fingers. "You're like, made for California."

"I am half a corpse." Hel says, "Tall, yes. I am a giant. Blond, yes. But a babe? Not even when I was newly born."

"So? Like, half of you is hotter than the whole of most chicks," he points out.
