Pre-Milliways
The door opens, with a slam. No one coming through, yet. Somehow, with the optional physics that Milliways has, looking out it is like looking up. A very long way up.
Dimly is the figure of a large man seen. With something in his hand. And then the something is falling.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
She hits the ground, in the bar. Physics apparently changes enough that she ends up on the floor near the door, scrambling to her knees just as it slams shut. She pounds on it, gloved left hand and un-gloved right hand, screaming.
"NO! I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! DADDY, DON'T LET THEM! I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!"
Her hair is over the left side of her face, glimpses of the right show a teenage girl who could be, somehow, related to Svava. Blue eyes, blond hair. Taller than the Valkyrie, yes, but looking like she's got more growing to do.
Her fists pound the door unceasingly, and she continues to scream for her father.

He'd looks to David from his spot at the bar and is there and his eyes are wide again and he looks utterly shocked and his heart is...gods...gods above...fire and embers.
"Hel? Hel...is it...my daughter...my..."
He looks down at her, wings black, eyes stormy and grey. She could be...this could be...
If this is a joke.... If this is not a joke...I might just go back on what I said...

He's on the ground, arms around her, tears streaming down his face and puffing away into steam just as quickly, wings spread and twitching and protecting them from everything...everything he couldn't protect her from. His heart is aching and his soul is burning and his head is spinning but she's in his arms and he's doing all he can.
"I know...I know...I know...I'm so sorry...I know."

He doesn't know what to do, except be there.

His eyes flash .
"Because they are fools. Because they will pay."
The black wings gain blood-red tips. There is an extremely angry god in the bar. But he has other priorities...and he breathes a moment. He can't...not here.
"Hel, my dauther, don't...don't cry. Jormungand is here. He is here. He is...he is asleep, daughter. He is here, with us...here. And Fenrir...Fenrir is with me. He is...he is at my home, daughter, don't fear. I am with you, daughter. I am with you."
He holds onto her.

Rage. Father...
They blink.
Sister?
He's up and running over and he stares at the scene, at David holding Loki. At Loki holding...holding a Hel he knows isn't their Hel...but it still Hel...still his sister.
"Father, I...she...sister? Sister?"

He looks to David.
"That...that is a friend, daughter. His name is David and he means no harm here. I...have no doubt that he felt my alarm and followed to make sure that I was...that I was all right."
He closes his eyes, holds her, breathes. When he opens his eyes, they are a lighter gray. He looks to Yamino, his question wordless.

Sister...sister, I'm here. It's me, sister...though obviously not...not my normal size. But I'm here, I'm with father. We are...we are here.
The snake blinks as his father.

"You did nothing. None of you did anything."
Fire and embers, what has been done to them for me. Fire and embers, what they are to do. Fire and embers, I hate Odin.

"No harm. Just here in case I'm needed."
He says nothing of transformations; he's getting almost used to it.

"He is a friend, a good friend...and...if you are here, then..."
He smiles gently at her, tiredly at her...sadly at her.
This place will be all she will have, I have no doubt. The only relief from Niflheim. But she will have me. And she will have Jormungand. And...I shall have to bring Fenrir, I suppose.
"You will have us here. We know...the difference. I am not...you are..."
He closes his eyes.
"You are my daughter. I am your father. Jormungand is your brother...and I will bring Fenrir to see you, and he is your brother."
He curls around her again.
"And I love you."
Considering the last time he had seen his Hel, this was important.

Brother will be so pleased to see you too. I have missed you, sister.

As you are now...
"Daughter, if...if you will remain with Yamino...I mean, Jormungand...I will go fetch Fenrir. He will be...pleased to see you."
Loki stands, wings black and eyes steel gray.
And then, in a flurry of feathers and a last whispered expression of love only she and Yamino hear...he is gone.

We all have a place, sister, he refers to yours. The one you will take...once you exit that door, no doubt. We all have a place, but...this place is outside such things. And your place is with us. And I am glad to see you. It has been a long time since I was thrown...but the pain is still fresh and real. Know my love and we shall share the pain and perhaps that burden will be less.
He watches Loki go.
He'll be back. He is getting brother...and probably blowing off some steam. He is Fire. He has a temper. He...has had many things happen recently which made your appearance...especially painful. He will return soon, though. Do not worry.
