He moves a stiffly but the elevator door isn't too far away. It opens onto the more human vehicles and stretches and stretches in all directions.

Cassian points down to the starfighters, there's a U-wing's foils near an X-wing that's being worked on.

"But how do they go? I see no propellers or balloons anywhere!"

The main door's open if Khadgar wants to look inside.

He brushes his fingers along the surfaces of the ship, just taking it in.
"How many years did it take to come up with something like this?"

To build a ship from the bottom up would be fascinating to learn but would require someone with a different kind of education.

"And you said to other planets? How long do such trips take?"

There's a decent quality holoprojector that he can use. He winces as he climbs into the ship, turning it on and setting up a a holoprojector near the cockpit with a map of the galaxy. He also takes a moment to rest against the ship as his ribs hurt.
