Claire is by the fire. She is reading to Seth from Winnie-the-Pooh. Seth is pretending to focus on the moving pictures. Really though he's just trying to break his own record of five consecutive spit bubbles.

She juggles the baby in her arms as she opens the package. She stares at the picture a moment before collapsing in giggles. "Poor Sawyer" maybe be detectable but then, maybe not.

I don't regret my participation in the plot one bit, but I have to say Meg's tutuing is getting out of control.

It just makes things worse. I've noticed that to a lesser extent with the twins; they can pick up what mood I'm in and react accordingly. I'm not sure if it's a normal mommy thing or they inherited it from their dad.

She sighs. "And neither can I when I'm upset. It kills me to have to listen to him cry and not be able to help him."

The only thing you can really do in that sort of situation is pass him on to someone and try to calm down.
