Susan Delgado's in the bar once more, on the couch by the fireplace again, and with hot chocolate nearby as usual.
Her golden hair is loose and unbraided and mayhap a little windblown-- which might explain why she's currently trying to untangle it, say true.
[Summary: Rent!Angel testifies to Susan and Cuthbert about Roger's good character, really; Tom Riddle comes to apologize for way-back inadvertent breakage and then demonstrates to Susan that a broom really does fly-- eventually convincing her to try it herself.]

"And we're well-met, sai Angel, I'd hope. I'm Susan Delgado, late of Hambry in Mejis."
no subject
"Wait, wait, wait. Are you the Susan who was having Phantom problems earlier? I think Faith mentioned you, when she was telling me about that."
no subject
"Evening, Susan, and...sai Angel, isn't it? We met once before."
no subject
"Goodeven, 'Bert."
"And ye say true, sai Angel-- Faith were there when she brought the Phantom out of the rafters." Steadily enough, even if she doesn't particularly like to remember it.

"Okay, the thing is? That was one of my friends from back home. And he does not usually do stuff like that. I was surprised when Faith told me he was in the cells for it earlier - he's hardly social enough to strike up a conversation, never mind stalk people. She said there was something going around messing with people's personalities and thinks he was on the receiving end of that."
no subject
"Yar, there was a note about that in the security office...some kind of evil fly, apparantly. So...are you saying your friend isn't really the Phantom?"

Mayhap it's to be expected she's silent, listening.
no subject
"Well. I'm relieved to know your friend isn't a danger, but I guess this means the real Phantom's still out there."

Miss Delgado, might I interrupt?

I'm fretfully sorry for speaking to the way I did when I first met you. About the, er, fire being pleasant. I had no idea until Tonks told me not a week ago about the, er, unpleasant associations you have with fire.

"I wouldn't have expected ye to, sai Riddle. How could'ee have?"
Even as she says this she knows the answer -- the books, those damned books -- but she waits to see his response anyway.

I didn't want you to think I'd said so on purpose. I knew people from your world distrusted magic users, and I understand why, now.

"How much did sai Nymphadora tell ye?"
